Welcome to HANmade, LLC! By visiting our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to keep expectations clear and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Quotes, Booking, Payments

  • All quotes are estimates and may change based on final menu selections, guest count, or event details

  • A signed agreement and required deposit are needed to secure your event date

  • Your event is not officially booked until the deposit is received and confirmed

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations

Cancellation & Event Changes

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to additional charges to cover food, labor, or preparation costs.

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

  • Charges are based on the final confirmed guest count, even if fewer guest attend. 

  • Changes to menu or event details after confirmation may result in additional fees.

Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, & Leftover Food

  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies, HANmade, LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions in advance. 

  • Unless otherwise arranged, leftover food remains the property of HANmade, LLC due to food safety regulations.

Client Responsibilities
​

​Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details, including location, access, and timing

  • Ensure a safe and suitable working environment for our staff

  • Obtain any necessary permits or venue approvals

​

Additional fees may apply if event conditions differ from what was agreed upon.

​

Force Majeure & Intellectual Property
​

  • HANmade, LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, illness, or acts of God. 

  • All website content including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of HANmade, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

Changes to These Terms 
​

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. ​
