At HANmade, LLC, every event is carefully planned and prepared with intention. Because our services involve custom menus, advance purchasing, and dedicated preparation, our refund policy is outlined below to keep expectations clear and fair for everyone.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your event date and allow us to begin planning, sourcing, and preparation.
Once a deposit is paid, the event date is reserved for you.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

Event cancellation by HANmade, LLC
Significant service issues determined at the discretion of HANmade, LLC

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original form of payment.

No-Shows & Early Termination

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or events that end earlier than scheduled for reasons beyond our control.

How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund review, please contact us within 5 days of your scheduled event with details of your concern.
